Research programs within Agriculture Canada and the Provincial Ministry of Forests were in conflict in the Opax/Mud Lakes area near Kamloops. Local ranchers and BC Parks were also affected. Retained to mediate negotiations between all parties. The mediation process culminated in a long-term agreement between all parties that integrates all of their primary interests.
